New in the package.  The card does have a crease/bend in it just above where the bubble plastic is attached to the card.  Also there is remnants of the original price tag over the side of the General Lee, you may be able to remove it (I have not attempted to remove it) .  Please see photos for condition.

This is the actual Warner Bros licensed product that Gordy International made and sold in 1981. 

Henry Gordy INC had a Warner Bros License to make Dukes of Hazzard toys along with many other TV and Movie brands in the 70's and 80's.  Henry Gordy INC owned/operated Gordy International in the United States, importing and marketing an abundance of "Rack Toys".
