Western Graphics Corporation.  TV STAR PACKS Celebrity Mini-Prints, BO DUKE - 1982.  TV Celebrity Start Pack SEALED with THREE Star Cards inside, BO DUKE (Dukes Of Hazzard), DOC (The Love Boat), Patsie (Happy Days).  All three 7 x 4.5 Inch Cards have photo on the front and brief biography on the back, the top (front) card is Bo Duke.  Package is in mint condition.

Star Packs released these in 1982 with 21 different TV stars total with 7 different numbered packs, with three cards in each pack.  Of the 21 cards released, 6 of them are Dukes Of Hazzard Stars (Bo Duke, Luke Duke, Uncle Jesse, The General Lee, Roscoe P. Coltrane, and Boss Hogg.  These are Warner Bros licensed products.
